Usually, at this time of the year, the ACAF (Amherst Central Alumni Foundation, Inc.) would be making its final preparations for our annual Alumni Golf Classic at the end of July. As with most events in the region, our golf classic was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The golf event is the ACAF’s largest fundraiser. The shortfall created by cancelling will directly impact Amherst Central School District students. The ACAF annually issues thousands of dollars in grants throughout the district for a variety of activities, programs, educational tools and more.
We are asking if you would consider a donation to the ACAF to ensure we can maintain our level of grant funding in the coming school year.
