As Rosemary Dayton and Carolyn Russell stepped down to retire at the end of the 2016-2017 season, the chorale is in good hands with Jeanne Conte Eppich ‘ 95 and Ann Moser, accompanist. Jeanne has sung with the Chorale since its inceptions and is the band director at Transit Middle School. Rehearsals begin in room 602 on September 18. Come out and sing with other wonderful alumni and experience Jeanne’s talent first hand. She and the rest of the group would love to sing with you!
Jeanne Eppich’s bio:
Jeanne (Conte) Eppich is in her 18th year of teaching instrumental music and 13th year at Transit Middle School.
Mrs. Eppich is a proud graduate of the Amherst Central School District and received her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and a Bachelors of Music in French Horn Performance from The Ohio University and her Masters in Music Education from The State University College at Fredonia. While at The Ohio State University, Mrs. Eppich studied conducting with Gary Lewis, Richard Blatti, and Russell Mikkelson. Prior to teaching in Williamsville, Mrs. Eppich held teaching positions in Lakewood School District in Hebron, OH, Hilliard City School District in Hilliard, OH and East Aurora School District in East Aurora NY.
In addition to teaching at Transit Middle School, Mrs. Eppich is also a member of the Erie County Music Educators Association, New York State School Music Association and the New York State Band Directors Association. She has also performed with The Columbus Symphony Orchestra, The Upper Arlington Symphony, The Cheektowaga Symphony and The Erie County Wind Ensemble, and maintains a private French Horn studio.
Mrs. Conte Eppich resides in Williamsville with her husband Robert and their three children, Joseph, Helene and Larsen.

First meeting and rehearsal for 2017-2018 season is Monday, September 18, 2017 September 25, 2017 – 7:30-9:00pm in room 602 at Amherst Central High School’s Music Wing. Come for a evening of singing, reminiscing and to support this the group.
